General Return Policy
At BharatEV, we strive to deliver high-quality electric vehicles and accessories to our customers. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a return or replacement is required. Our Return Policy covers the following:

• Returns are applicable only for eligible products purchased through BharatEV.
• Products can only be returned in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or if you received an incorrect product.
• A return request must be raised within 2 working days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, invoices, and accessories intact.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The electric vehicle or accessory must have a valid proof of purchase (order ID and invoice).
• The product must be in its original condition without any physical damage caused by the customer.
• The issue must be reported to our customer support team within the specified 2 working days return window.
• Returns are not applicable for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  Please note that return eligibility is subject to inspection and verification by our technical team.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns. These include:

• Vehicles or accessories that have been used, altered, or modified.
• Products without original packaging, tags, or missing accessories.
• Vehicles that have suffered damage due to improper use, accidents, or mishandling after delivery.
• Items purchased under special offers, clearance sales, or discounted promotions.

Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, kindly follow these steps:

2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and the reason for return.
3. Upload Supporting Evidence: Attach clear images or videos highlighting the issue (e.g., defects, damages, or incorrect product). Our team will review the request within 48 hours.
4. Verification & Approval: Upon approval, we will schedule a pickup of the product from your registered address. Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
5. Inspection & Refund/Replacement: Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection by our technical team. If the issue is verified, we will process a refund or replacement based on your preference within 15-20 business days. You will receive confirmation via email or SMS regarding the refund/replacement status.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the following manner:

• For prepaid orders (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets, etc.), the refund will be credited to the original payment source within 15-20 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  Note: Shipping fees, handling charges, or any other service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy
If you wish to replace the product due to defects, damage, or incorrect delivery, you can opt for a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to the following conditions:

• The replacement request must be raised within the 2 working days return window.
• Availability of the same product or equivalent model in our inventory.
• Inspection and approval by our technical team.
  If the exact product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or opt for a refund.

Warranty Support
All electric vehicles purchased through BharatEV marketplace come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms and conditions vary based on the brand and product.
For any warranty-related claims, customers are advised to directly contact the brand's or authorized service centers. BharatEV marketplace will assist in connecting you with the manufacturer if required. Warranty claims are subject to verification and approval by the respective brand.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled free of charge before the product is dispatched. To cancel, log in to your account or contact our support team.
• After Dispatch: Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests are not allowed. However, you can initiate a return after delivery if applicable.
  For canceled orders, refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days to the original payment source.

Shipping Damages
If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit:
